Daniel Esser, Managing Director
Daniel Esser is co-founder of CONTROS Systems & Solutions GmbH and responsible for for strategic decisions, corporate policy, marketing and human resources.He has graduated from the University of North London with a degree in Business Administration.
Stefan Marx, Director Business Development
Stefan is specialized in simultaneous engineering as well as in identifying new potential markets. Further he is responsible for project management and takes care for intellectual property rights.He holds degrees in Business Administration & Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Luebeck.
Stefan Kramer, Director New Business
Stefan Kramer joined the company as an “innovation assistant”. He takes care of integration projects and is responsible for identifying new markets.Stefan has graduated from the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) with a degree in Industrial Engineering Management.
Melanie Herrmann, Technical Sales Support
Melanie Herrmann is the first contact for technical and commercial enquiries within CONTROS and provides scientific support for the field engineers. She has graduated from Kiel University with a degree in Physical Geography and a Master in Coastal Geosciences and Engineering.
Claus Hinz, Manager System Development
Claus Hinz is responsible for the development of integrated systems and complex software tools.He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University in Kiel.
Christian Rettich, Manager of Supply Chain
Christian Rettich is responsible for the production facilities and takes care of technical purchasing. He has graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel with a Bachelor of Engineering.
