Systems & Solutions
SmartDI™ ODAS data + telemetry system
The SmartDI™ datamanagement system controls a complete measuring system with many different sensors, power management, meteorology, data transmission, receiver station and optionally sensors. Because of the autonomous features, the SmartDI™ System is best used for off-shore applications (ODAS = Ocean Data Acquisition System) and underwater / artic and other extreme conditions.
- SmartDI™ Off-Shore Controller:
Data acquisition system + Power management + Process / steering control (Soft-PLC Programmable Logic Controller in software) + GPS position control + online processing with over 160 formulas according to IEEE, UNESCO + online quality control with data flagging follows international ISO database definitions + internal Gigabyte CompactFlash memory with backup tool + -20...+70deg.C. - Sensors:
Any analogue or digital Sensors of about 40 companies + Analysers for nutrients, algae analysers and other chemical compounds + Automatic water sampler + RS-485 wide expandable industry bus components + up to 36 serial interfaces. - Telemetry:

SmartDI™ SubSea Monitoring Station
The SmartDI™ Controller is the heart of a complete deep-water monitoring system with many different sensors, power management and data transmission. A receiver station and optionally surface sensors are supported. Because of the autonomous features, the SmartDI™ System is best used for deep-water and off-shore applications or artic and other extreme conditions.
- SmartDI™ Off-Shore Controller:

Risk Management Datasystem
The CONTROS Risk Management Systems are customised to our clients needs and requirements. An other main benefit is that these systems have an interface to already existing products.
- Use many SmartDI™ dataloggers to get datas from differnet sites.
- Use many HydroC™ sensors on a single cable up to 12 km.
- Inform the data centre about conditions, data and alerts.
- Export automaticly to other users or update internet pages.
- View alerts / time series over Ethernet from anywhere in the world.
- Make remote controlled maintenance on SmartDI™'s and HydroC™ systems.
SDA Software
The OceanLine SDA Software allows the Display, Recording and Replay of measurement data from multiparameter and probesystems of various companies (e.g. Contros, Sea&Sun, ADM, TriOS, ASD, Seabird, Hydro-Bios sampler, ParoScientific, former ME and more to come) as well as navigational information from GPS-receivers with the NMEA-0183 standard or DATADIS™ ship-based datasystems.
- Support Com1..8 or USB / PC-Card (PCMCIA) Adapter.
- Different chart types for: Scrolling values (text), Table text, Large values (to be viewed from a distance), Scrolling (Chart recorder) and XY-Charts with semi-automatic axis-scalation
- GPS Navigation with electronic sea-charts may used as background.
- Supports differnet modes of online storage to disk: continuous, time dependant, Value dependant.
- Binary well documented data format with META data header.
- Conversion tool (ASCII, EXCEL®) and calculation / filter package available.
