CONTROS provide service of all systems from former Capsum Technologie GmbH
We provide special service and maintenance for old-style METS methane sensors. Please keep in mind, that the physical sensor drift and side-effects to other substances (H2S, O2 or no-O2) can not be avoided with a new calibration.
Calibration and service of all sensors and hardware components.
HydroC sensor shall receive a complete yearly maintenance. Membranes, sealings and part of the analyser will be replaced. For the calibration we use our own Gas Chromatograph (GC) system from Chrompack with two channels for CH4 and CO2 after DIN EN ISO 10301.Our calibration procedure is monitored from Institut für Gewässerschutz und Umgebungsüberwachung Dr. Biernath - Wüpping GmbH (IGU), with accreditation DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and AMP-P-278.01.09.
A new calibration, follows the ISO9001:2000 standard for a high quality.
Implementation of new interfaces
System changes can be remotely handled from your desk. Products can be remotely adapted from anywhere in the world to the CONTROS Data Management System. If parameters, or the complete firmware has to be changed, the remote control tool gives you full access!
You are able to handle these challenges remotely from your desk!
Repair and controlling
If damages occur, systems will be repaired or be replaced. Upgrades are also available.
